General Specifications

Isowall® panels have the same lifespan as a typical commercial building. The long-lasting insulation panels also cut energy and maintenance costs and provide multiple end-of-life reuse options.

Both the metal front and the core have interlocking tongue and groove edges that create a watertight junction that is simple to instal. During installation, a sealer can be optionally used. For your particular building project, panels are cut to unique lengths that are 46 inches (3.9′) wide.

Materials

Interior and exterior facings are CFIA accepted 0.18 min, G-90 hot dipped galvanized steel, conforming to ASTM A653-Grade 33 pre-coated with an imperial white standard finish.

Flame Spread Test

Panels last as long as the service life of a typical commercial building and comply with various industry standards and building safety codes. These durable panels also reduce operational costs for energy and maintenance and offer multiple end-of-life reuse options.

Weight

The steel skins on Isowall® insulated wall panel systems contain a substantial amount of recaptured metal and are low-weight material to reduce transport and installation energy.

Energy Saving

High thermal barrier envelope and vapour resistance resulting in significant energy saving R-value (R4.1 per inch) for consistent thermal performance and thermal envelope. Energy cost savings of as much as 30% over traditional multi part building systems.

Style

Esthetic flush exterior profile with a smooth, micro rib, or shadow line surface in choices of standard colours.
